|Recommended: YesSafe And Comfortable — Thoroughly enjoyed the ground, gym and pool. The grass and landscaping is nicely kept and they enforce cleaning up after dogs well. The staff have all been very friendly, including the maintenance team.

|Recommended: YesIt's A Wonderful Place To Live. — It's a very nice complex, the services and features offered by this apartment complex are really nice. If you really enjoy the complex you can always upgrade to a larger room if you need the room or space, you just would have to wait for an availability. The grounds are well kept and the community is nice. And the trash dumpster and mail center is in a very convenient location.

|Recommended: YesA Nice Place In A Perfect Location — The best and worst part of the property is being directly adjacent to the mall of GA and Hwy 20. It makes it so convenient to get out to the mall and to 85, its amazing. The downside to this is that 5 PM Traffic is brutal on 20 and it sometimes takes forever to get to. This traffic also gets dramatically worse on any holiday.
The actual living space is fantastic, and feels brand new. I have had several issues, but maintenance has helped me with them every time, from the lock not working when we moved in to the AC needing freon and a filter replaced. This appartment is my home and im happy with it,
